How to fix:
- First – review Understanding why an email was marked as spam for details about how the system marks emails as spam.
- If the unwanted email is marked as spam: This has been forwarded to you because the system suspects it is spam (but is not certain). Consider creating a rule to filter your emails into your Junk folder automatically or ask your email administrator about blocking suspect spam emails.
- If the email was not marked as spam: Make sure that it definitely has not been tagged as suspected spam by reviewing the headers. If you are certain that it has not, review Dealing with unwanted emails.
