How to fix it:
- The message is not considered spam – if you think that our system is letting too many spam emails through, see Dealing with unwanted emails.
- Your email client does not automatically move suspected spam emails into your Junk folder. If you are using Zimbra, email will be moved into your junk folder automatically. If you are using our Email Security service then you or your email administrator should create a rule to filter your emails into your Junk folder automatically.
